J's Racing header mate with the Berk's 3inch header-back will make power. I've also heard that the Amuse titanium header make good power too. It's a bit pricey tho - but beautifully made.

Have you looked into Ballade Sports header? I currently have it in my car mating with the Berk's 3inch header-back and made good power. I believe Ballade Sports has a dyno sheet showing the gain from the header.

Most headers will give you minimal gains. Some people will get good gains with the j's and some wont. I believe some tuners have even lost power with those headers. Just depends on your combination. The stock header is pretty well made as is. The only problem we have is our car has a limited market so we do not have too many dynos out there to really prove what actually really makes power. You never know who is really telling the truth or just promoting their homies shop. Just do more research before spending your cash.

i bought some berk headers and are happy however, i think the best gain is the loss of weight if that makes sense lol. its not much and you will not get much hp out of this without other complimenting parts with a tune.... however if you plan on going the supercharger route or itb's headers are worth it. i would save and spend the extra bucks on something thats actually proven by users with good results. so far ive seen the j's racing ones to be a good choice however ballade sports seems to be kinda new on these things so they are worth looking into.

dont expect huge numbers from headers alone. maybe like 7-10 with complimenting parts from j's headers.
