Its the interior tubes of the header, not the runners cracking. I believe its due to a defect. I have very, minimal movement, plus my oem one is fine, and my dc sprts one was fine. Then its the berk that does this...

Sorry about the pics being rather large, here come all the pics!

and the flaking issue

THIS BY NO MEANS SAYS THAT BERK MAKES FAULTY PRODUCTS! I would run berk any day, they make great stuff, and they have fantastic customer support. Id rather have an issue with berk than another company, because they always help their customers. I eagerly await berk customer support... when they open in 4 hours... lol coast to coast call coming up

I guess I need to remove mine and check the exhaust gasket. Bryan is hands down the best salesman I have ever dealt with. He litterly ran to get my 3 inch exhaust on the UPS truck before it left for final pick up that day. Par none, Berk is amazing.
Bryan, any chance of you having a stock car with a dyno graph before/after a header was installed? I've had mine six months and still can't find one on a NA car.

All of the dyno's I've saw are misleading. Everyone of them is using ether the OEM exhaust and/or cat. I believe to see the real gains from this header, a big exhaust is needed.

Apparently yall missed the second to last picture... there is a tube inside the actual header tube. This should be flush with the flange. notice how in the other pictures its perfectly smooth and flush... cyl closes to radiator blew part of the tube out. thats what the set in ring is. and my cyl 3 started to do the same.
