You probably won't need to mess with tuning, but many people get a dyno just to make sure they are running safe.

Run the car for awhile after you do the mods, and then dyno it.

I have an Invidia V3 (70mm), would pairing it up w/ the Berk TP be a bad idea? Being that the Berk TP is a diameter of (63.5mm)

Berk's has the built in CEL fix. It looks like a very well made piece. However, after running my T1R tp for a few thousand miles I removed it because it made my exhaust tips turn yellow. I also felt bad in parking decks, the lack of ventilation really showd how much the CAT actually filters.
