Default Berk test pipe

I was wondering if anyone with an 06+ got away with a test pipe without getting a CEL. If so did you have to do anything extra to avoid getting the CEL ? I know there's always the defouler method. But from what I've read MY06+ ecu is very hard to fool. But if anyone could help me that would be great. I was looking to buy the 63.5 Berk test pipe to pair with my HKS hi power soon ! Thanks in advance !

I have a 07 and had been driving around with CEL but recently replaced the secondary O2 sensor (code thrown was for that sensor), the CEL finally went away. I have the 70mm berk test pipe, T1R 70mm v3 and a "J" shaped defouler.

Nice, are you running them on an 06+ ? If so how many miles have you gone without getting a cel ?

I've heard the "J" shaped defouler works well for the 06+ and where did you get yours from bro ? If you don't mind me asking haha, and how many miles have you gone so far without getting the cel ?

Austin from GT motoring ordered it for me. I don't remember the brand. So far only about 100 miles without CEL. I hope it stays this way.

I have an 06 with a berk 70mm test pipe and boy is my car picky. I have a CEL even with the defouler so I just live with it. I just swapped the TP for the factory cat for inspection and the CEL immediately when away. I will be getting a tune in the future so it's not a huge deal to me.

My gf has a test pipe on her 08 and it throws a cel sometimes. Every week or so it turns itself off for a couple days and then returns.
