Ehhh we were all new here and we all posted up instead of searching..I know I did

In my opinion and from personal exp....

1. as mentioned above = Single 70mm Exhaust with minimal bends
2. Testpipe : )
3. New head Unit.....LMAO
4. Nice set of header (toda,Jays, hytech or Megan racing...lol)
5. Vafc with tune Preferably EMS cost more but good once you go Turbo
6. Lose weight mod
7. Lightweight Flywheel

Im running 220.9whp/143TQ in my 03....TP/60mm exhaust/VAFC/headers.
You could do gears that just makes the butt dyno happy !!

My personal favorite mod I've done so far is my comptech exhaust, gives a great tone, not too loud, not silent. I don't really care that it doesn't give the most power, I love it.

The "best" mod isn't the same for everyone, figure out what you want from the car and go from there. Personally I find the s2000 a blast to drive right now so I haven't worried about gaining maximum power, I wanted to make it personalized and handle a little better.

You know, a great way to test out the effects of various mods is (don't laugh) to add them onto your car in Gran Turismo 4.

Seriously.

That's how I figured out that, on the S2000, a set of 4.57 gears made a bigger difference in lap times than did a 400hp turbo setup.

And, I must say, the subjective effect was pretty much *exactly* the way it felt in the simulator (now I have torque!)

Just a thought...

Dude you have a four cylinder motor. When will people understand that it is "header?"

Our member Giles (S/N GilbertQ) has been squeeking some pretty good HP/TQ out of the F20 and F22 with the Greddy E-Manage Ultimate and a tune.
