Bride Headliner
I have had many people PM me asking about my headliner/install so I decided to do a DIY on it. First of all the materials you need:
Bride material roll 200x150cm If not using bride material use wider than 150cm. Probably around 175-185cm

3m High strength spray adhesive

Green or blue masking tape
Needle and Red thread (or whatever color you are using)
When laying out the bride material do not do it the way I did...haha. Lay the lettering upside down not right side up the way I did. When installed on the car mine is upside down.

First start with the center. On the Mugen style hardtop there is an "I" shaped piece start with the middle of the "I". (Circled in black) do not do the top or bottom of the "I" yet. (Circled in gray) Shake the can very well and apply the spray adhesive in two layers to both the top and material. First layer vertical and second layer Horizontal. After placing the material you will not have much time to get it into the proper position, so be fast. Once it is in the right position press down firmly and smooth out any wrinkles.

Second step is to glue the sides of the "I" (Circled in Black) Once the middle is dry you can fold over one side at a time and using the same steps prior to glue these down. Be sure to start as close to the "I" shape as possible and work your way out.

Third step is to glue the top and the bottom of the "I" shape. (Circled in black) Use the same steps provided before to glue them down.

Fourth step is to glue around the window. Tape over the back window and spray adhesive around the window. Be sure to tape If you don't you will either get adhesive all over the window or you won't get close enough to the edges and the material will peel. DO NOT CUT THE MATERIAL YET! Cover up the window and go back after it is dry and cut the window out using a razor blade. Glue area circled in black.

Fifth step is to glue around the sides using the same method. (Circled in black) This step is the most difficult. You will really have to work with the material to get all of the wrinkles out.

Sixth step is to cut off all excess material (Around windows and base) After the material is cut go over and either using a heat gun or lighter carefully burn the edges so they do not fray.
Seventh step is to take remaining material and cut it to the shape of the gap on the sides. (Circled in Black) The material is not quite wide enough so you will need to cut out a piece of scrap and get the exact shape you need. After you get the shape use the needle and red thread to sew the two pieces together. After the two pieces are connected glue the new piece down.

Eighth and final step. Remove tape from back window and cut holes for the bolts of the latches. (If you have any wrinkles use a heat gun and gently warm the material and smooth out)

Well have you seen the mugen hardtop liner him and his company made? Click on the link in his sig. By far they have made the most badass headliners for hardtops I have seen.
This is still a good option for people that just want a different look without spending quite a bit of money. Good DIY also, so I give you props.

I'm sure you need to reinstall the seals around the entire top as well as the rear window still yet and that will clean it up a ton. You could also do a silicone edge along the front to clean up the front edge of the material. Also looks like there's still some wrinkles in it but great job none the less.

Well I haven't ever done anything like this before. S2kpwned is a professional and my work will never be as good as a professional, but I am happy with it. I get the pleasure out of doing things my self.
