Default Buddy Club Tail Lights - Water Issues?

I've gone back and forth on these. In fact I bought a set a couple years back then sold them before installing them... I'm now considering them again...
Ultimately I like the look but I've heard fitment is not spot on, and even worst that several people getting inside them.
Did they come out with an updated version due to this issue? Anyone bought a set recently? Feedback?
Thanks!

After further research, it is recommended that the OEM gasket is replaced with a new one otherwise you may get condensation issues. My guess is that most people are not replacing that part...

You mean put oem one onto buddyclub tails? Thing is people are probably not replacing that part because they're expecting a high $ taillights to be properly sealed.

I have ordered a couple of OEM gaskets just in case I decide to order a set in the future.

I had my right tail leak. Water runs down the trunk and over the seams of the lights. What I did was took some extra wrap I had and ran a strip from where the trunk starts, over the lens along the seam so water not getting into the seams. So far so good
