yeah each line is 1k rpm. sucks that they couldn't label them though but whatever. but yes you have to splice into your ecu wires.

After looking at it, I wouldnt really get it. You can change the vtec engagement, but unless you have something to retune your fuel map, its not going to make any improvements.

so what about if you dont care about changing your vtec engagement? my friend gave me a safc. can i use this and get some noticeable gains with the right tune?

yeah you can. the 00-01's ran rich, you they can easily lean it out to get you some pretty good gains.
