Default Car Boggs when it comes to a completely stop

Hey guys this is not a big problem I guess, but is it normal for the car to kinda bogg whenever I come to a completely stop? Check engine light is on only due to my intake and my down stream o2 sensor( already replace the o2 sensor), but other than that it runs fine until I come to a completely stop....

Why is the intake throwing a CEL? The downstream O2 sensor I can understand.

if the intake is throwing a code its the airflow sensor and thats not a good thing... i cant think of any intake ive seen that throws that code? also id try cleaning the IAC valve... but if its warm where you are, and depending on your intake, then you may be experiencing the wonderful heatbog.
