Default cc or spec clutch?

i know this topic comes up alot but its always mixed reviews. Im lookin to turbo my s2k with hopefully hitting the 450 horse mark and probably around 370 lbft. Im looking for a full face disk with good road manners. CC or spec is what im lookin at. i want the clutch to be able to handle around 400lbft in case i up the boost down the road. I would like some solid reviews on the topic. thanks.

I would put a ACT HDSS in it. Its a great clutch, plus its a full-face disk. The comp clutch to handle that power is a stage 3+. The stage 33 is segmented and imo doesn't hold up well. Stage 4 and up are all 6 puck disks. I have no experiences with the spec clutch, so no advice there. The ACT is our go-to clutch for all the s2000 that come in the shop. If they need more then that they get a comp twin disk (which is surprisingly streetable).

BTW, if you make 450hp you won't be anywhere hear 370 torque. More like 270ft lbs for 450hp.

Im boosted, exactly 400hp 250tq. I have and love the CC stage 4 w/ HD pressure plate....It's (i think) a very smooth clutch. Great for street driving. You barely notice it, but at the same time if you forget about it reminds you it's there. If im talking on the phone or talking to a passenger and don't really think about what im doing going from a stop i'll stall it. I've had it for about 8 months and thats about 5k miles with a handful of times taken to the track- so far so good.

yea i know torque will not be that much, but im a fan of do it right once. Id rather not put in a clutch just to have it slipping shortly after. Im hearing alot of people saying to run an act hd pressure plate with a sos disk. seems like that would be a decent option.
