so yesterday i installed my new greddy turbo tic exhuast and what is supposed to be my cel fix invida test pipe on my 00 s2k...it was all fine and dandy till last night when i was driving home from work cruisin and my cel light came on...havent been able to look at the codes till tommorrow but amost 100% sure it cause of the mod...isnt it supposed to not cut the light on? thanks for the input

 

I just installed my Invidia Test Pipe with CEL fix and got a CEL with in a few miles... I am going to clear it next time I take it out and see if it comes back.

Some guys have it show up a few times then it stops...

I am also going to reset the ECU, I installed an intake a few days prior and that is probably contributing to the CEL... A lot changed and it really hasn't had time to relearn anything... Maybe put 30miles on the car since the installs...

 

A new intake won't trigger a CEL.

 

i'd have a personal ob2 scanner, i hate waiting to find out what the code is, i got mine for $60, awesome to use with modified cars when crap pops up every month...

 

i checked the cel today on the modis and it pulled a p0420 cat efficeincy...is there any way i can get it to go away without having to put the cat back on???

 

is there anybody that knows if they make a o2 modifier for a s2k or anyway else could make these work
