Default CF side mirror question + link

Hello folks. Does anyone have any experience with ehese mirrors. They look like a less expensive alternative to Craftsquares. And if anyone has pics, please post them. Thanks.

I have used the original ones (craftsquares), but not these (though I have driven cars with them mounted). Out of the two I like the Craft Squares better, because they give you a wider angle of view, they almost completely eliminated the blind spots (though you lose some verticle view, but you dont need it unles you like seeing the whole car next to you ).

The ones in the link have a mirror that will give you a little more view than the OEM (you lose verticle view with all of them).

The biggest pain is when someone bumps them then you have to get out and in until you can see out of them again, not a major deal but can get frustrating.

heres a few different pics of CS mirrors.

Wow, thanks for the pics. In person, do the replicas look a lot like the Craftsquares shape and size-wise? I'm not too concerned with the weave because if I get them, I'm gonna have them painted. Nice car BTW. Also, what hood is that on your car?

They may be just a hair bigger but you would not notice unless they are side by side. They are very close to the same and the weaves aren't too different (not that it matters if you paint it anyways ), but with the CS the mirror is inset from the edge of the CF housing, while on the replicas its almost flush

Tell me about it, been trying to sell it for more than $1200.00 off MSRP price and have not had hardly any bites ...... $#!tty @$$ economy FTL

The hood is a work of art though Its full dry CF top and bottom with built in rain channels to guide water out of it, and is about 8-9lbs lighter than the already light OEM hood .

I prefer the black base over the chrome from CS, cheaper is a nice incentive as well.

PS. I want the wheels more than the hood.
