I'd be real careful when changing a bulb on HID systems.
They generate extremely high voltage to ignite the bulbs.

First would be to get proper replacement bulbs,
and then I'd disconnect the battery.
Make sure you do NOT touch the bulb with your bare hands.
Slightest touch could result in premature failure.

Good luck.

You have to take the front bumper off.
Follow the instructions for installing clear corners.

Once the headlights are off, there is a "star" bit screw that needs to be removed. If you don't have the bit, you can use a needle nose to turn it. Remove and replace carefully! I bought a replacement HID bulb on Ebay for a fraction of what the dealer charges. The same exact bulb. For a simple bulb replacement, it's a pain in the ass.

WTF? you have to remove the headlight to replace the bulb? I highly doubt that any car company would do that, especially Honda........

Remove wheel for easy access, then remove all inside front & back fender clips with a flat head crew drive , abit harder for the inside uper clip, but take time. (note: if the fender clip not at position as you try to pry it out, simply turn the whole clip by hand to position for easy crewdriver access)except for one or two bolt on bottom front, and just kinda drop the fender hanging while 1. unplug the wire at the light house 2.remove the security crew, remove the cover by turning it to the left (it's just pressure tight, so use a bit musle to turn & remove that cover)3. Turn the light bulb plug from the bulb lefty, 4. then remove the small safetywire clips(just on upper top of bulb) that hold the bulb to the housing.(try to use the mirror to see how its line up before unclip the safetywire so you know how to put it back after. remove bulb then replace with new, *make sure turn on the light to check for light before putting back everything[/SIZE][/B] screw set http://cgi.ebay.com/NEW-33-PC-SECURITY-BIT...1QQcmdZViewItem

Wow, I assumed it was like most cars, twist and pull. Are all cars with HIDs like this?

I am so glad that mine already has some nice bulbs.
