Hey guys 2 questions first my neighbor came up to me he has an 02 S and asked if I knew how to take the center consul out bc his cig lighter came out. He wants to rewire it I don't know how to take the intierer apart is it hard or should I tell him to go somewhere?

2nd question my ce is on and I was at the Honda dealership an I guy I know was fixing something on my car and said that I need to get the light off hondas go into a safe mode and don't perform to the max when on how true is that?
