Clearing your AP1 headlights
Is there a way to clear the lens without replacing the diffuser? Do you simply "remove" the orange panel inside the headlight?
How exactly does this process work? Ricks no longer carries the clear diffuser insert so I'm debating a way around this.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

First you have to open the lights using heat guns or an oven. Once you get the two halves of the lights apart the orange diffuser can be unsnapped and removed. If you can't find some clear diffusers (used, eBay, forum etc) you can run without any diffuser or spray the orange diffuser with Spazstix Mirror Chrome paint available at most hobby shops. Neither option is going to look as good as clear diffusers.
