it is time to replace the clutch....
Considering that I am not going turbo or supercharge, should I replace it with OEM (I work at Honda, so I can get everything including installation for a decent price)or better upgrade it with maybe a stage 1. Also one of my friend told me to install AP1 flywheel since it is lighter.
What is the best combination. would it be good for 225-230 whp?

Genuine Honda everything. I dislike the feel of ACT pressure plates. No reason for a heavy duty pressure plate if you're keeping the car at 225-230whp. I'm sure the stock clutch is good till about 275++ WHP. Especially if you're keeping it NA and torque free.
"Stage 1" doesn't say anything without mentioning the brand of clutch.

Just got the:
ACT HD PP
OEM Clutch Disk
AP1 Flywheel
CDV Delete
Replaced bearings and greased
done on my car and love it! Jordan in TN did it and he did an amazing job.
