I want to get a cluth that will not drive like a race car but can handle 500whp or so. Anyone have any ideas? Something cheap would be nice but most likely not possible. So who what clutch can handle 500 whp and does not drive like a race car? I hate driving a stage 3 racing clutch, makes the car tough to drive on the street. Thanks!

 

There are plenty of different options just do your research. But to handle 500 whp your going to have to sacrifice some comfort

 

I would recommed a CC stage 4 or stage 5 for that power level. I have over 400whp and my stage 4 holds just fine.

 

ive always like SPEC clutches, they have a new lightweight clutch option available now that would pair nicely with a lightweight flywheel

 

is there a price range?
sounds like you are probably looking for a twin disc clutch like an OS GIKEN, SOS, or Exedy for that kind of power. this post should be moved to the forced induction forum though.
