Stock clutch = $305 plus shipping from Majestic Honda. That's what I'd do.

The ACT HD PP will hold the torque better, even with an OEM clutch disk. Since you have experienced some difficulty with your OEM clutch, I'd go with the ACT. Lots of S owners have them and have had good luck with them. Unless you install it yourself, the biggest cost will probably be the labor, anyway.

*WHAT* torque?
Stock clutch is going to be plenty adequate for the minuscule (possibly nonexistent!) increased torque from "intake and exhaust".

If you're taking it to the drags, perhaps an "upgrade" is warranted. But fwiw, my S2000 has 80k miles on it and has done 16 track days on the original clutch, still holds fine.

If it were an AP2, I'd say OEM clutch with ACT pp. AP1, I'd just go stock clutch disc, flywheel, and pp.

I am getting Spec stage 1. Similar to stock, lightened pressure plate. $499 shipped right now from Brake Options (PM brakeoptions, tell him Crackerballer refered you).
