Clutch kit for AP1 with Vortech SC
Hello, I have Vortech SC on my AP1 with around 300-350WHP.
I currently have centerforce clutch kit, but started to slip so I'm looking for a new one.
Centerforce was very good in terms of driveability, very close to stock feel. But didn't last 15k miles. I don't use the car often, I maybe tracked it like 10 times at most. I don't launch the car.
So I was looking for the science of speed as an alternative. What do you guys recommend?
Also is there a difference between a stock clutch bearing and the after market ones?
I read that science of speed offer bearings as well with the clutch kits, I thought the bearings are standards.
Thank you guys,

I am pretty sure the only bearing made is the OEM. Some clutch kits repackage the factory bearing to include it in their kit. All you need for your power level and use is a stage 1 or 2 type clutch. The science of speed or HTG clutch kit as well as a Spec stage 1 clutch is a good fit for you.
I would also check your clutch master and slave cylinder to be sure this is not your issue you are having....good luck
