Yes, about a bazillion threads. Not very informative, though... so many different people looking for so many different things - mild drop vs. slammed, street vs. track, etc.

Pretty easy to raise/lower. A lot of people seem to be confused by setting preload for some reason.

Well, for starters, the dampers are matched to the higher spring rates. Then there's the whole adjustable height aspect.
