Default coilovers or shock?spring combo?

well my s is now at around 67k and i feel the need to improve on the worn out and beat up stock suspension..any suggestions on brands and type of set up would be great..my driving style i would say is pretty aggresive street and maybe some tracking in the near future.

It really depends on your budget and your expectations.

If you can afford it I'd go with full sleeve coilovers.

i would def recommend coil overs > any lowering spring. just a matter of if they are in your budget. if you have serious plans for tracking then look into at least spending $1500 for a quality brand new set minimum

A new set of Konis + springs is going to run you $7-800 easily. You can buy used Bilstein PSS9s for $1k and have a quality setup with fully adjustable height. The PSS9s are great on the street, haven't taken mine to the track yet. If you're serious about tracking, you may want to go more track oriented - the KW V3 are very popular.
