so what ur saying I am7head is that lowered vehicles don't perform? show me a Time attack or Drift car that isn't rocking low offsets and a lowered ride height and then u might have a point.
The s2k is damn low to begin with, and honda probably spent more hours tuning the suspension than most of the coilover companies. Im rocking CO's because I was a cheapass and my struts were going...The OEM ride height is probably a little 'higher' then 'best performance' because they have to account for potholes and crappy roads, but the rest of the suspension is tuned for the OEM stuff.
Im sure a lot of knowledgable people can 'tune' their suspension so its better than stock, but just 'dropping' a car does not mean 'better handling' and in most cases means WORSE handling.
^^ I gotta agree
slam and functional do not work out haha but to each his own stock s2 handles 100 times better than s2 with 4 inch drop lol but 4 inch drop looks 100 times better imo but when you bought the car if you bought it for performance that takes it one way if you bought for coolness factor that leads it to another direction

yeah my car does handle better with the gap in the fenders and is very comfy. I'm at 1.8-2.0 inches now and lookin to go 2.0-2.5. yea I'll probaly lose some comfort and handling for that extra half inch buy hey it's coilovers, I could raise it up and play with it, maybe learn a thing or two in the process. I live by the beach and the roads are smooth so I gotta stunt. hehe
