Forgot to updated this thread... I have completed the swap back in October last year.
The swap wasn't difficult, the most difficult part would be swapping the end links from the old rack to the new rack.
Still have to do an alignment thou, but the car tracks fine as of now.

I install AP1 2001 steering rack with torque sensor on my AP2 2005 with SPOON rigid bushings and the 2 braces from C/R and what upgrade it is for my car, sharp steering, no downside! The rack cost me 250$, 2 hours to install, 100$ approx for the 2 braces, 100$ approx for the bushings and 60$ for alignement, best moove, go for it!
