Default Comptech Ice Box + AUT Cooling Plate

Will this work? I'm sure I would have to mod the plate, the search only yielded one thread with one opinion on the subject. Has anyone ever tried this? I think it would look great together. I looked around for intakes, and I really like this one, it looks great in the bay. I literally just picked the plate up like 2 days ago so I don't wan't to get rid of it (going for the cf look)

the ice box has a shield on top and it draws air around the radiator and fender opening. the air guide is meant for the oem airbox and is designed as such to let air go direct into the oe box. now since the icebox is in a different location and sits lower than the oe box, the guide wont really help unless you remove the top cover for the icebox.

The aut style cooling plate works great with the K&N FIPK as it can get air from there unlike the ice box.
