Default Cruise Control Actuator Faulty?

Checked fuses, cables, and switches. I'm starting to think it's a faulty cruise control actuator. Anyone know a way to test it with a meter? Like what readings I should be getting, etc. If it's not the actuator in the engine bay. Is there something under the dash that's cruise control related? Module?

Facts: CC main switch turns on/lights up. Wheel CC buttons turns on and the CC on the cluster after correct speeds. Car decelerates rather than holding the set speed. CC light remains to stay on as the vehicle slows down. Cancel/brake/clutch switches work as deactivating the CC.

Check to make sure your brake lights illuminate when you step on the brake pedal . That is the easiest way to check the brake pedal switch. I have known this to cause issue on a couple of vehicles. Maybe check the cruise control cable and ensure it is routed properly and doesn't look to be damaged. Other than that I can't really think of anything else. Good luck.

My brake lights do function properly. I've opened up the black box for the CC throttle cable. Nothing looking out of place. The CC throttle cable should respond to the gas pedal like the primary throttle cable correct?

Fuses check, pedal switches checked, CC cable operates and everything is connected. Any other ideas?

Is your speed adiqaute when setting the speed control? There is a minimum and it should be posted in the OM. Other than that, I have no other guess. GL

Yea I tried in several speeds, still no go. I updated the first post with pics. Think something might be missing or out of place.

Nah, car is stock with factory alarm. Hoping I can find a eBay seller that would refund in case it isn't the CC actuator. Sadly, there's no salvage shops here with Hondas, let alone an S2000.
