Default Custom 3" catback exhaust installed.

I got this custom exhaust system built at a shop called dspeed in Ontario, starts off with stock headers, to 70mm invidia test pipe, which goes into my 75mm custom single catback. I'm using a vibrant ultraquiet resonator and a vibrant street power muffler.
total cost was around 1200$ cad(keep in mind the cad sucks right now)

it drones around 2k and 3k but it's less boomy and far more tolerable than my invidia n1 that I had on before.
I went with 3" because I plan on going f/I in the future and I don't want to have to think about getting another system.

It looks very good but at 103+ db it would be a little loud for me(I'm 60). How does wot feel? Faster? and how about the drone(if any) on the freeway?

They sure did a good job.

Well comparatively to stock, It's probably very loud. That being said my previous exhaust system was the invidia N1. The N1 was just stupidly loud, and this setup is quieter than the N1 was even with the silencers in. Above 6000rpm they sound similar, lots of rasp, kinda ricy, but below 6000 it has a very refined tone to it, very mature and exotic sounding. I got my girlfriend to drive it around a parking lot for me just so I could hear it.

I haven't said anything about the performance because I have no numbers to back me up with, but my ass-dyno feels almost like there's another kick from 7-9000rpm, and normally around 8800 I'd start to feel the power dipping off, but instead it climbs straight to 9. It's a very strange feeling and I'd be curious to get it dyno'd, even without a tune, just to see if my ass-dyno is correct. If that was the case, I'd imagine the 3" exhaust diameter is hurting the performance until I hit 7 grand, but what I'm hoping is that I'm just getting a little bit extra in that range somehow without a tune.

I think it would be good to get a tune to be on the safe side, I've heard of these cars running lean, just with exhaust and intake mods. Sounds awesome tho.

Why not go 3" from the header back?
