Default custom exhaust help

02 ap1....

i have a 3" single cat back w/ invidia 70mm test pipe right now....

going to be going back to a custom dual exhaust...

thinking either 70mm all the way back, or going with all 3" back to a resonator and 2 vibrant mufflers with ap2 exhaust tips....

what would the best route to go be? all daily driven, possibly supercharging later down the road...

OP,

If you were post your goals or intents for changing your exhaust from it's current state to another state - I would be able to offer my opinions on the subject. It's hard to be unbiased when everyone has their own direction with their car.

I was referring to why you are changing it in the first place.

Such as, performance, weight decrease, sound, looks, none of the above...

I'm working on a custom 3in header back exhaust. I'm going to run some cheap turbo mufflers to keep the sound way down for the daily but droping a 3in cutout were the single splits into the duel so I have a straight pipe for racing applications. if you want quite just get a set of quite mufflers and if u want loud drop in a cut out and maybe go electric with it like I plan to, best of both worlds
