Default Dash Cover Options

Along the way getting up to speed on the S2000, I've gotten the impression that the dash may be susceptible to sun damage. Any good suggestions for a "quality" cover to put on it??

First note I've seen on this topic so I suspect it is not an issue or not a major one anyway. There are some handy full roof covers that will protect the fabric roof where there are issues as they age. Same cover will protect the glass and interior. No direct experience here other than both my dash and roof are fine. If you're in Colorado or other high altitude area you already know how severe the sun can be.

The dash seems to hold up on most s2000s that I have seen. I use the s2000 specific Sunshade whenever the vehicle is parked outside. Keeps the dash protected and the interior less than 120 degrees. Win-win in my book.

I always use a sunshade. Our cars should hold up fine, unlike the 240s you see out there.. almost all will have cracked dashes.

Looks like a few people are starting to have that problem?

Honestly not something I have seen even in AZ cars. Sunshade if parked out in the sun a lot and try to park in the shade. Also use some kind of protectant like 303 on the leather.
