1) put in reverse, pull parking brake
2) unscrew shift knob
3) pull up the center console starting at the back, under the elbow pad
4) unclip harnesses
5) open the radio door and pull out the door and surround by pulling gently on the bottom

LOL installing the radio door is easy as that in WORDS but its a pain in the ass if you bend or mess up the load spring. It took me waaaaaaaaaay too long to install my CR radio door into my 02' and it was frustrating. It helps to have small hands and a lot of patience.
