Default Diff Mount wont slide off.

I try to do a bushing collar mod.
but the different mounts wont slide off cause the trunk is in the way. I try to lower the differential with my jack to give some room but still stuck. anyone know how to get it off?

i had the same problem when i was installed my diff collars as well. i had to lower the diff all the way down to get the rear mounts off.

Do you have the front disconnected also?

I did this install late last year on my car and I left the front connected and lowered the back of the diff, this caused it to tip a bit and I was able to pull it off, but it was still a tighter fit.

Two things; what bushings are those/how do I get them and when I replaced a leaky mount I only loosened the fronts and used a breaker bar to pull the diff down.

i got these from exedium. i did remove the sway bar completely. the install was successful 2nd try. my oem exhaust were in the way too.

this mod feels great. instead delivery of power when throttle tapping. these bushing collars basically stiffens up your bushings.
