Default Does a roll cage fit with a soft top

I was just wondering if roll cages fit with the soft top up or no. thanks

How tall are you? If you're DDing, you probably don't want one unless you're a little fellow, for safety reasons.

none, unless your small as stated before, or you can wear a helmet all the time. Some people may diasagree but you would have to consider if you were in an accident and your head was flopping around, a nice metal roll bar is going to feel real nice on the back of your head. sort of like this

The issue is that rollover incidents, while severe, are quite rare. On the other hand, regular impact-type collisions are much more common. You have to assess the safety tradeoff for yourself.

Also remember that a fair number of people have survived rollovers with just the OEM stock roll protection, so it's not like you have no protection in the case of a rollover.

I thought it was the opposite. Taller people need to have the roll cage installed. At least the 4 or 5 pt. ones. I'm 6'0" and my head go over the stock roll bar. How is that going to protect me when the car flips over? I know aftermarket roll cage is a few inches above the oem roll bar. Shouldn't that help?
