Default E85 with basic bolt ons

just had a quick question currently have I/H/E/Hondata IMG/TB/75 Dry Shot/Flashpro Tune. Im basically tuned for those supporting mods and wanted to know what would happen exactly if i went on an empty tank an filled up 2 or 3 gallons of e85 in my car? would i make any MORE power than i already have with just adding that ? or would i have to get RETUNED to make the new hp? I believe i would only need new injectors if that much ? cause im already throwing out enough supporting fuel to hold the nitrous set up and figured i could support the e85 as well with my current tune. Also thinking bout throwing in a 100 jet dont believe i need to get retuned for that, what do you guys think -Thanks

I'm pretty sure you will run extremely lean and possibly (probably) damage your motor if you switch to E85 without getting retuned.

Even if you didn't mess up your motor, you wouldn't gain anything.

If you want to run E85 you'll need to get tuned on E85.

100oct will not lean you out or damage your motor, but again, without a retune you still won't gain much.

The advantage of these fuels is that they are more stable when burning and thus you can run more timing. Without a retune though you won't have that extra timing and thus no gains.

There really isn't any way around getting retuned if you want more power. You gotta pay to play...

ok perfect got that down and understand better now . What about throwing in the 100 jet an running on that for a while . i heard you dont even need to get tuned when running a 75 shot or lower but i got tuned anyway. i think itll be pretty safe bumping to a 100 without a retune since i basically have one already.

I don't really know anything about nitrous. Hopefully someone more knowledgable will chime in here. Anyways, if it were me I still wouldn't do it. Even if the tune is just a little off it can cause big problems. Maybe I'm wrong though. As I said, I don't know anything about nitrous. I wouldn't risk my motor just because I didn't care to get it retuned though.

Why aren't you asking your tuner these questions though? He should be able to tell you for sure better than anyone online, since he's the one who did the tuning.

Get retuned if changing to a 100 shot. Why are you trying to cheap out on tuning? The worst thing to cheap out on.

I agree with the rest, don't do anything unless you are getting the proper tune for it.
