all kidding aside, i'd definitely scrutinize the sheet out of somebody selling/claiming a legit one, especially with the potential threat of somebody passing a copy as an original.

Yes, BYS is just short for Back Yard Special. For one thing, the real spoiler is black. The ebay one replica appears to be white.
