Default EDFC

I have a dual EDFC setup, and am trying to fit it to my dashboard just under the steering wheel on the left side, (RHD Car). Problem is I tried various double sided tapes but they keep coming off, any ideas what I can use? I was thinking to use the special silicon from Wurth, whats your thoughts?

Thanks for your help.

Vince

have you used any type of protectant on the plastic? Most 3m double sided tape should fit fine IF you get rid of any residual protectant on the plastic.

i say make it clean and put it in the tray behind the cupholder. it can fit perfectly in there.

I drilled two holes in the dash and ziptied it on there ahah. Can't even tell the holes are there they are so small, and they are on the bottom of the dash so you have to stick your head at the pedals and look up to see them.

Clean that contact areas well and use the 3M adhesive promoter/primer made for their double sided automotive tapes. That stuff works wonders.
