Default EDFC Strut Bar Options

I Sold my front strut bar before I put my EDFC on. I just had a quick question what strut bars will fit that people know of because by looking at the motors on top of the shock it looks as there would be a fit issue?

Thanks!!

Do you have the new or old EDFC motors.

You can use a bar with a flat mount like this with either motors.

But if you want to be able to use something like the ASM bar, you need the newer motors, as they are smaller.

so the newer motors will, in fact, fit the asm strut tower brace (x brace version)?

I believe so, according to my measurements, but I haven't actually seen.

Really, I've never had that issue or hear about anyone in the Bay having that issue. Tein does have a bracket designed to stopped tangling, but it's designed for strut systems.

Ahh so I should leave some play into the wiring harness for the motor to turn in case it does want to wind up?
