Try asking this in the Modifications forum. There are several threads there on the best header.

If you have trouble installing the header...then come back here. This forum is to help with mechanical work on the car.

I installed a Berk ceramic header and test pipe a couple weeks ago..........Very simple to do, just make sure you have your car up on jack stands high enough to be able to manuever the header around underneath. No CEL problems.

Heres a couple thread you might be interested in:

see, a search was that easy

Also it all depends on how loud you want your car to be? if you have to deal with emmisions?

lots of questions and ofcourse what you want to spend!

After doing my reseach, I'v decided to not purchase a header, and buy a Invidia system.

Price and emmisions is no issue. But I plan to SC or turbo in the future, when i do, i will buy a new manifold.

Are there even any gains my adding a catback?? I would guess maybe 5 at the most to the wheels.
I'm really interested in the sound as far as rice vs. tone and quality.

Invidia or HKS? (im leaning toward invidia)

I hope you like loud because the Invidia is just that, REALLY loud. The HKS is quite popular and also a little bit quieter as is my exhaust. The only thing about the HKS is it isnt all stainless. Only the mufflers and tips are stainless. The T1R is all stainless.

i HATE TO SAY BUT THE T1R HAS PROOVEN (FU#K, CAPS SORRY), time and time again to be one of the best. Although if you want to sc or tc later on, yould 100% want a 70mm which is still gonna be loud as snot although they make a ti exhaust with test pipe that nets you near 14-16whp, thats AMAZING.

T1R product for this!

If you have no intention of going FI is the 70mm going to be too much? Doesn't the stainless T1R net the same power gains as the Ti version? And if not, why?
