Default Engine Bay Mods

Through experimenting I have relocated some items that are pretty easy DIY mods.

See pics:

A short 18 oz Weapons-R catch can with cap modded to fit OEM fill tube

Vacuum pump relocated under cowling. Eliminates all metal tubing and unsightly mounting brackets

The EPS fuse box has ONLY 3 wires to extend after relocating the large harness

Cruise control mounted where EPS was located

Comments are welcome.

Hello, where did you get the body mount for your torque dampener? I have the same one, but mine mounts up on the RH tower. Regards

Hi Retvet,

I assume the ret vet means Retired Veteran. Cool!!!!!! I retired (1SG) in 96, after 24 years of US Army.
The damper mount was the original from NRG, which I DID NOT want to cut a hole in the heat shield. So, I mounted it with rubber mounts as you can see in the pics.
Thanks for the service.
