did you convert the catch can into a radiator res?? or is it a catch and a reservoir
The Weapons R catch-can; I had to drill a hole in the cap to adapt the OEM overflow tube from the radiator. Good idea about tucking the injector harness wires under the fuel rail.

Thanks for the comments reference my MODS.

Mine is a catch can and radiator overflow, its divided on the inside. I'm hookin two -10AN stainless lines to the valve cover saturday and then blocking off the stock pcv system so no more blow by into the intake air charge.

DIY? I'm willing to try this but I need a guide. Anyone willing to do this to get people like me started? I'm sure a lot of people would appreciate it. Thanks in advance!

Hi 2004H and others,,,

The first item on the agenda for any Mod is to disconnect the battery (-). Once the power is OFF, you can start looking at one item to do at a time. You may select to do the Intake filter box to a CAI. Look at how the OEM item is mounted then start dismantling. You may want to jot down the steps and bag your bolts, hanger and brackets for future re-installs. Once you have something removed, it will then give you the room and an opportunity to explore at different items to either replace or relocate.
In my endeavors, I ordered many engine Mod and replacement parts when I was O/seas (Afghanistan). Once home; one by one, I installed them.
Again, to get one started; look at what you want to do, RESEARCH all forums and other Websites for INFO, then attack the task. Do not be afraid to move something, change an item, or to experiment.

One word of caution, when modding an electrical component, you may trigger a Code Light. If this happens you may want to get a Code Reader and see what it says, then Clear the codes so the S will start.

Much success in your Mods.
Cheers, EagleDon

ALL,
If any S2Kers wish to PM me on how to MOD or change out an item, let me know.

DIY is pretty straight forward and easy to do.

They are -10AN stainless lines, just about every race shop has them
