Engine Temp Lower After Header Install?

Default Engine Temp Lower After Header Install?

just installed a toda header and noticing the engine temperature is running cooler (10 degrees or two ticks of the gauge)... do i have some sorta freak of nature car or anyone else seen this????

bone stock 05 with a aem v2 and toda rh...

well the stock header is cast which will run hotter under the hood but i didnt think it would make a difference on the guage.

Hmmm....i even have a wrapped header and i didnt notice that much of a difference. Is your header made of unobtanium?

You need to look at a stock header before posting misinformation.

The stock unit is welded stainless steel and not cast.
