I would say it would be a good recommendation to your customers. I have had a few different setups in my car from OEM to a 6 puck Exedy Hyper single and the Spec setup is the most enjoyable as far.
The peddle feel is light, lighter than stock but, the grip is much better, around 30%. I have the Spec light pressure plate (around 4 pounds lighter than stock) with OEM disc and OEM AP1 14 pound flywheel.
The combo is a more economical choice because you eliminate the cost of a light flywheel. By using the AP1 flywheel with the lighter pressure plate it is the same as having a 10 pound flywheel. You save upwards of $400
I have the ACT pressure plate and OEM flywheel.I wish i had the stock clutch, but i need the ACT for the power my car has. 5k miles after S/C install the OEM clutch was toast..
