Default Exedy hyper single break in procedure

I wanna hear from those that have first hand knowledge of this clutch setup. whats the best way to break it in to ensure a long life from it?

i drove my old clutch masters for 500 miles easy in town before i started to open up on it and i never had a problem for 70k in my h22 accord. is that the proper way?

my brother is installing it next week and i wanna break it in before i swap turbo kits to the mase and get tuned

Sounds like you did it right with your Accord. I think I did 700 miles on my Probe, and I had no problems with that, even spraying the 75 shot. So I would say around 500-1000 miles of easy driving should be just fine.

500 miles in-city driving. You're actually trying to get as many clutch engagements as possible. 500 miles is just a good estimate for that. FWIW, I beat my act hdss at 250 miles and it hasn't missed a beat for 50k miles.
