GReddy Ti-C, HKS, Mugen, J's Racing dual. those are the ones i've heard in person that fit your criteria.

In regards to the Mugen, - how much louder than stock is it?

The Mugen exhaust is just a tad bit louder than stock

This is the AP1 version

 

Sounds like the Tanabe, hks, or greddy ti-c fits your criteria.

 

Fujitsubo also fits your criteria

 

I have the ap1 mugen and love it sounds great with out being to obtrusive..
