Which exhaust?
I think if you go with the Mugen E/H combo you will be pleased with the outcome. Both parts a lighter and preform better than their OE counterparts
.
I have the Mugen 2.2L header and like it, though I am running a different exhaust.
I say go for it!

Mark (MugenRioS2k) has a link to a dyno plot of the 2.2 header in his sig.

This was with stock exhaust. I don't know how much he picked up when coupled with the mugen exhaust.

My two favorites
Fujitsubo

Mugen

Fujitsubo saves in the neighborhood of 13-15 pounds, mugen saves about twice the weight at twice the cost.

I'm running the Skunk exhaust on my ap2 and love the sound, especially Vtec.....they have a vid on their website with and without silencers and it actually picks up a slight bit of horsepower with the silencers on.
