If you're going FI, tons of people will tell you to get a single.

If you're going turbo, you aren't going to need to buy a header. The stock one is actually a good design. Why buy something that you will eventually take off and have to sell (for a loss) once you go turbo.

I would start by figuring out which direction you plan on going (turbo or supercharger). Then plan your supporting mods. I would do a lot of research in the FI forum and take a look at their setups. There is a wealth of info there you are going to need to know.

As stated above, if you decide to go turbo, go with a single. The exhaust doesn't matter QUITE as much on a supercharger setup.

i like the turbo setup but it puts alot of wear and tear on the motor and the car is going to be a daily driver. so now i am researching the superchargers which are easier on the motors.

A turbo kit is only as reliable as you want it to be. And it can easilly be reliable enough for a DD with a good tune and thicker head gasket. Lots of people daily drive their turbod s2k.
