Maybe a little out of your price range but I highly recommend what I have:

http://www.evasivemotorsports.com/merchant...da_S2000_Intake

It does not drone and is only loud in a good way when you want it to be (when you get on it), and it makes horsepower. I also recommend the Fujitsubo, for much the same reasons, but I wanted the single so I got the T1R EM Limited.

i disagree with you on the drone, it does drone a fair amount between 3-4K RPM and is a little loud. it does sound pretty nice though, so nice a local guy wanted to buy it off me. if you want to hear s2000 exhausts, search youtube, they have quite a bit of sound clips.

Just ordered an Invidia N1 Dual set-up with 70mm piping. Can't wait to have it delivered and install it.

I have a skunk2 catback. I think it sounds great. I first went on Youtube and listen to clips of everyones products and I thought HKS actually sounded the best but there is a big arguement between ppl on here about if it makes or even looses power. So my second fav just for sound quality was the skunk2. There is a drone light everyones, caused by the OEM cat. Run a test pipe or a race cat and it will go lessen alot. For asthetics, the Skunk2 looks nice and silver, no blueing or color to it. Its a dual tip and cost me about 700 I think. I found someone that had it for free shipping. It always ways half of factory.

Just because one product sounds good on a WRX, doesn't mean it will sound the same on an S2K. Completely different motors. If you're looking for better sound, search on Youtube. If you're looking for better looks, find the exhaust thread, it has pictures of all of the exhausts. If you're looking for performance, so single exhaust...you'll get more gains from weight loss than HP gains.
