F20c rebulid help needed
I was driving my MY00 s2k and cyl#4 leaned out and decided to rub against the cylinder wall when I was passing a semi around 7k on the tach. All the valves on Cyl#4 are either cooked or bent (ive only miss-shifted once).
Anyways, time to rebuild a stronger and better engine. No matter what I need to get the block resleeved (at least 1200 just for that I think).. and there is some play on Cyl#4. And also getting the head machined . I was thinking of going the inline pro Allenbuilt option since I already have a turbo setup. This is what is on the car already
Custom turbo setup Garrett T3/T4 .60 trim w/ internal waste gate. 8/12 psi two stage boost switch.
550 RC racing injectors (may need larger ones for extra boost
E-manage Blue.... I know. Should I replace it with ultimate?
Custom exhaust (see pics)
Any ideas would be appreciated. Its mainly going to be a daily driver vehicle and probably will hit the strip once to see what it can do.
Here are some pics of the car sorry new to this forum thing

***You also might wanna post up in the forced induction section, might get better response there
I am going 9:1 compression for sure. I don't want the same thing that happened last time to happen again. Know of any good dyno tuning places around Iowa? The closest one I have found that would do a good job is ams performance out of Chicago
standalones like aem or k pro are the best but ultimate is what i use due to still having to pass emmisions. I re sleeved my block and put the k24 cranks with h22 internals in it. imo was the best bang for the buck set-up pm me if you want more info I suck at following threads lol.

I had my whole block build with all brand new parts and new sleeves for about 3k but i pulled the motor myself so i saved labor there then pick up an e-manage ult prob used for about 4 hundred and u can re use your harness just need the other piece for it. or just sell yours with the harness and get a whole new one. then a re-tune you looking at maybe 4k -4.5k so if u can do the work yourself you all set. not sure what labor on getting a motor pull runs ppl. but expect the car to be down for a little bit as my sleeves took darton 8 weeks to come in. they dont' stock them for the s2000 they have to cut them.

You should replace with an AEM EMS or K-Pro to be honest, piggy backs can only do so much, and if your going with a built Inline Motor your gonna want to extract the most power out of it. Sleeved block, 9:1 Compression pistons, standard bore (might as well build the whole head while your at it)... Go with inline and I am sure you will be fine
