Fender liners and splash guards?
You want the front liners. They protect the inside of your fenders from getting beat up by road debris not to mention your headlights as well.
The rear has an undercoating sprayed in it and the metal that is in the wheel well is a different piece than the quarter panel.

I bought the whole thing brand new for like 240 from majestic Honda. Both under splash shields and and fender liners. I would get the fender liners to protect fenders and if you don't want a dirty bay like how mine was, I suggest u get the rest too. Took me a whole day to clean everything up from not having the splash shield.
I dont have any plastics on my car, undertray nor fender liners (well, have j's fenders with inner protectors/air guides now). I ran without fender liners and under tray for about 100k miles. I never had any issues with damage, its just annoying to wash out all the dirt/rocks/debri inside the fender in front of the doors, and some will never come out without loosening the fender for it to fall.
Never had any cooling issues.
