final gear?

Default final gear?

ok so i want to get a final gear... but im not very good with the hole transmission stuff yet... i know that the higher the number (4.77) the slower the accel but the better the speed..

so would the 4.56 or 4.57 ive seen both.. be the best one ??? im still rly confused.. but willing to learn... so if someone could help me.. thanks

Higher number(4.77) faster acceleration, but lower top speed...

That is a video of two ap1 s2ks with the same mods. But one has the 4.57 gears as well. The gears help out in the 1/4 mile, but top end will suffer and you will rev around 600rpms or so more cruising in 6th gear.

On an ap1 like yours, the improvement is better than on the ap2s.

Also, the 4.56 is the redesigned version of the 4.57 or vice-versa, I can't remember. I would do 4.77s on an ap1 though.
