Default Front camber kit.

I just purchased the EVS camber kit for the front. Has anyone had any experience with it? They seem to have the same design as the J's racing one. I havent found anyone that uses them. My goal is to achieve -3.5 degrees
of camber. My ride height is 1 finger gap between the fender and my tires on the stock ap1 wheels.

Is it possible to achieve -3.5 degress of camber with this kit?
