I was wondering, and I tried to search for the other thread about the tow hook options for the Amuse R1 front bumper. I'm wondering since I have the Shine S-Spec front bumper and a fairly large intercooler, what other people with similar style front bumpers are using for tow hooks. Anyone?

The shine bumper and the amuse bumper are different? Theyre not the same bumper so I'm not sure what youre getting at. I do know however that the J's racing hook can be used with the R1 bumper. The hook will come out the vent. If it works on the shine bumper it shouldnt hit your intercooler either ( I think)

 

asm tow hook? but it's like 2 bills but super ballin and it would make the shine bumper look authentic,

 

Sorry bro, I do realize that they aren't the same, but similar in design in the sense that they have no cutout for the front tow hook. But since turbo guys have an even smaller front bumper area. Just wondering what some of the other guys are doing, but I think I may have to do something similar to the Evasive Motorsports EVO, with the hood cutout for a shock tower mount. Just seeing if any other guys had any experience with any other tow hooks that might work.

I was looking at the ASM tow hook, but not quite sure if I'm willing to pay for something that nice and having it get messed up. Although, if there are no other alternatives, then it will have to be considered with the Evasive type tow hook.
